Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of Jira AI Auditor ("the Software"), an MCP server developed and provided by Avtandil Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Software does

Jira AI Auditor runs locally on your own computer and connects to your Jira account using credentials you provide, to generate health scores, risk assessments, and audit reports for your Jira projects and sprints inside Claude Desktop.

2. License

The Software is proprietary and licensed, not sold. Your rights to use, copy, and modify the Software are governed by the LICENSE.txt file included in the repository. Redistribution or resale without written consent from Avtandil Labs is prohibited.

3. Free and Premium tiers

The Free tier is provided as-is, subject to a daily usage limit. Premium is a paid subscription that removes this limit and unlocks additional features (sprint auditing, exact risk scores). Premium payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller.

4. Activation

Premium access is activated manually. After a successful Premium purchase, you will receive activation instructions by email, typically within 24 hours.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for decisions made based on the Software's audit output. Always verify important findings against your own Jira data.

6. Your data

The Software reads data from your Jira account using the credentials you configure. It runs locally and does not transmit your Jira data to Avtandil Labs' servers. See our Privacy Notice for details.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Software evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
