Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Jira AI Auditor Premium. This policy explains how refunds work.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Premium, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Email abuashviliavtandil@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless it falls within the 14-day window above.

4. After 14 days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — for example, in the case of a billing error or duplicate charge.
